New door!
The new door is up. It doesn't have a window, and is steel so hopefully it won't rot. We are debating getting a half light door instead, since this one has damage and needs to be replaced, but I have security concerns. So we are deciding how we feel about the slightly reduced light inside.

Do you have a picture of the old door for comparison? (Assuming the old one had windows?) I actually think you are getting a lot of light from the windows next to the door and above, so you might be fine either way! PS Snazzy doormat ;-)
ReplyDeleteWe opted to get the half-light. It was not a huge difference in price and we decided we would rather have it.
